A card linked to your membership covers anything outside the wallet afterwards: fuel, tolls, congestion charges, traffic fines, and damage excess if a claim runs.

Anywhere in Marbella on Carbon and Gold. Platinum runs unlimited door-to-door delivery and collection across Marbella — swap the car mid-week without thinking about it. Black covers a 50 km radius and direct to the Málaga Airport Executive Aviation Terminal — the key meets you at the jet or the arrivals kerb. Share your flight with the concierge and the car is waiting when you land.

Gold, Platinum and Black members can cancel up to 7 days before pickup and the tokens come back to the wallet in full. Carbon bookings hold — once a car is on your name, the tokens are committed.

If a club car has to come off the road mid-rental, unused days come back to your wallet on return and we put another car of the same tier or higher in front of you that same day. If we can’t match the model you wanted and you’d rather not take the substitute, the full booking is refunded in tokens .

Cross-border trips are arranged in advance, in writing, with a Sala Supercar Club representative — by email or letter. Anything outside Spain needs prior approval.

Members are twenty-four or older and have held a full driving licence for at least two years — the standard floor the fleet’s insurer sets for cars at this level. The named member is the only person permitted behind the wheel: no lending to a partner, no sub-rental, no sharing with a friend who fancies the day. Insurance only covers the name on the contract. Our concierge confirms age and licence on the verification call and asks for a copy of the licence at the document stage.

Our concierge reads every application himself — typically within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. If it’s a fit, he rings you for a short welcome call, then sends the contract and payment link. Once the fee settles, the welcome package is arranged and your onboarding drive (one day with the fleet’s top exotic, outside the token wallet ) is scheduled for a date that suits you. About a fortnight from application to first drive is the usual shape — faster when the calendar allows. If the timing isn’t right for us on an application, you hear back from him directly.

Yes — any time. You pay the difference between the two annual fees in full and the higher tier’s full token allowance for the remainder of your year is added to your wallet. No pro-rata.

Membership runs twelve months, and the annual fee isn’t refundable on a change of mind. Booking-level cancellations are a separate matter — the 7-day refund window covers individual car bookings on Gold, Platinum and Black, not the membership itself.
